The FREE way

If you have a question and you can wait for the answer – you can e-mail it to me. If I like your question and feel like the answer would help other Tame the Internet Monster readers, I will answer it free of charge on the blog or as part of a podcast. Of course, I will let you know if I’m using the question – and I’ll send you a copy of my response.

Ask by E-mail – $25

If you have a simple question, this might be the way to go. Send me your question (make it clear and concise so I can answer without coming back and asking you more questions) and I will answer within 1 business day by e-mail. If it is a technical question – I will probably send you a screencast of my answer.  If I think I need to talk to you to answer the question, we’ll schedule a phone call. If I can’t answer your questions, I’ll point you to someone who might be able to — and issue you a refund.

Quick Coaching – $25 for 15 minutes

Sometimes it is hard to write out a question — for those times (and for when you know that you’ll have a follow up question) – I offer quick coaching. You’ll pay for a block of time and send me your primary question. If I think it will take more than 15 minutes to answer – I’ll let you know and you can buy more time. We’ll set a time to talk and I’ll answer your question. If I can’t answer the question – I”ll let you know — and issue you a refund. If I can’t answer your questions, I’ll point you to someone who might be able to — and issue you a refund.

• When you’ve purchased the map, I send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out and to let me know about your vision and where you would like your online adventure to take you.
• We schedule the first of two phone calls where I ask you more questions and we brainstorm together.
• I create your map, including project steps, dates and recommended resources to get the job done.  I”ll send you a copy of your map.
• We’ll have a wrap up call where we will go through the map step by step and get you on your way to your goals.
