Once upon a time I considered Twitter a black hole where perfectly good time disappeared. Now I am a convert, happy to dip a virtual toe into the cyber-river of tweets a few times a day.

Each of these tweets took just moments to send and satisfied a personal or business need, or both. Once you get the hang of this form of communication, it really is fun and effective.
